We Are Not Over. We Are Just On 'BRB'...

It's over... I'm sorry.

Hello dear readers & viewers... Well of course you probably clicked on this Post to find out what 'It's over' means... Well, read that sentence again, and it seems obvious... The Fashion Eye Competition is closing down.

Can I just firstly say, I started The Fashion Eye to find creative, dedicated, perceiving, not only Stardollians... But real people with creativeness oozing out of them... But sadly, I only found 1 quality in 25% of the contestants, creative.

I wanted The Fashion Eye not to give me fame... But to give people recognition, that DESERVE recognition.

I was so determined... Me and Linnea spent hours and hours planning TFE, but when it all comes down to this... Not a lot of contestants could even dedicate half an hour of their time to do a Task, some quit (I understood why they quit, but 4 people is ridiculous, especially when I gave this big chance to those people, and not the other 40 people that signed up!) & Some even were rude enough to tell me they were not bothered to do the Tasks?

So, now, at only the end of Task 2... I give up.

You can say that if I am quitting, I am the one not perceiving to get to the end of Cycle 1 of TFE, but I am honestly sorry...

I can't do it.

I thought I could.

But I can not.

As an apology to all the left 9 contestants, I will try to get you all a little prize, like a modelling spot in a Magazine or something... Something little to say sorry to all you talented people.

On the other hand of course, I am not going to shut the name: The Fashion Eye down... I am planning big things for it... So please don't stop following!

It may become a talkshow, a series, or even just a blog for something 'new'! So please stay tuned... Just because this idea didn't work out... Doesn't mean me and Linnea are done. No we are not. (:

Task 2

Welcome back to the SECOND Task of The Fashion Eye competition.

The first Task, I believe did not challenge anyone enough, but did give me a good idea of all the contestants Inner Beauty... But, of course, I want to take the competition up a notch, & Introduce to you the SECOND Task of TFE...

All of the contestants are going to be put into groups.

Now... You may think what these groups mean.

Well, basically the Task is to make a Scenery, & concentrate on the title of the group your under.

POSE- In your scenery you have to experiment with poses, & give me the most extraordinary pose that you can think of, having a good use of angles and shapes.

COLOR- You have to concentrate on the color of your scenery, You have to choose your colors carefully, And also tell me why you specifically chose that/those colors for your scenery.

STORY- Your scenery has to have a story to it.

It can be your own story, or an already existent story, but the important thing is for the scenery to portray a story + In this Task you will tell me what that story is.

The winner of this Task will get a modelling opportunity for two Stardoll Projects!

And the deadline is on the: 6th March 2011.

First Task Posted!

So, Welcome to the very first task of The Fashion Eye!

You have probably waited for this for a while now, And I do apologise for that, But, Right now we just have to concentrate on the present, And I have to tell you, The 12 lucky contestants, The very first task of The Fashion Eye, Cycle 1!

TASK: So, I decided to make the task not very hard for the first time, To not put you off, But just want you to write about 100-200 Words on what is YOUR Inner Beauty, The theme for the whole Comp, And include in the piece of writing, Who inspires you from someone you may know, See on TV, Or just someone that is your role-model.

This task will show you that everyone has inner beauty but all they really have to do is write it down, And then realise that they should show it!
